I just received an email from a good buddy in the Marine Corps. Here he is describing one of the large bases in Afghanistan:
"There are about 20 different nations on this base (Kandahar Air Base) and thats pretty cool. It is kinda like the Epcot center at Disneyworld except with guns and no beer."
