My first stop was to California to attend a good friend's wedding (Tony T. or Triple T) and to visit my parents up in Cottonwood.

Next, I went on a road trip with my brother to Salt Lake City. Along the way we did some "bouldering" and some camping in the freezing mountains near Salt Lake. Bouldering is essentially rock climbing, except you don't use ropes and you only climb things that are small so you don't die if you fall down (makes sense I guess).
Here is Ty on a "dyno." He also managed to climb a V6 climb, which is impressive. In rock climbing terms its equivalent to a 5.13+...yikes!

Upon return from my trip out west I enjoyed a Cubs baseball game with Katie, Pam B. and Christian B. We had some of the best seats in the house!

Finally, we ended the week with an amazing baby shower hosted by Amy, Pam, and Natalie. You go girls! We had the shower aboard the Odyssey cruise ship.
